Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Tappoo Online Store reserves the right to change prices for its products in the platform and issue refunds, or some form of alternative compensation, in case of any platform or administrative errors. Although regrettable, such issues may also be identified after a purchase has been made with the previous-error price. Tappoo Online Store will provide notice to respective members who have purchased online from us in such cases, provide a full refund and provide a suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.

If certain products are not available, in the first instance, we will aim at providing a suitable alternative upon discussion with the customer. If products purchased are not available, the pre-order process will apply.

RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
